When Military Organs or Units or

Administrative Organs have occasion to request

the issue of a nermit an application over the

signature of the senior official in control of

the particular Organ should be submitted to the

Ministry of War who will issue at their

discretion.

Applications from local juridical persons,

companies or forms for the issue of permits

should be made through the highest local

administrative authority, who will transmit the

application.

Article 5 (4)Military departments, and public bodies of any

kind, must when applying for permite, fill in and

submit a statement of particules (form appended),

in order to facilitate iestigation; companies

and firms, however aust, when forwarding their

articulars, forward at the same time

statement of
